    pretty good compared to the one in castro which is always packed. sand quality of drink/snacks with much less line and people

    They serve drinks very quickly and they ask how much sugar you would like in your drink (If it has sugar). Overall it was just a good experience.

    Pretty good tea, and they have happy hour pricing 8-9:30 every day.. could be my go to place for boba tea in Pleasanton going forward

    UPDATE: Staff doesn’t know much English - which may be okay if not for messing up the orders.

    I'm glad there's an i-Tea in the neighborhood. The drinks are fine. I think the owners need to invest in AC. It gets really warm and the purpose people come here is mainly to get something cold to drink. The hang out experience isn't nice since there's no AC. The owner needs to invest in another staff or at least make sure there's quick turnaround when it comes to cleaning up tables and counters.
