Sandwich was very good. Fresh roll, lots of meat. Service could have been much better. Needed to be better organized . Three young women kept getting confused on who was making which sandwiches for multiple customers...To much personal talking while making the sandwiches.

Great sandwiches and cookies. Staff is very friendly! :)

The $9 sandwich could be sold at a gas station for $3. The salads are even worse (and cost more).

The specialty sandwich seem to get a better treatment.

Service is really friendly and attentive.

I rated 5 stars because it's a new business but I don't think we'll be back.

I have never posted a Google review but the Pleasanton location on Bernal Avenue deserves one. I had the veggie sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! I could taste the quality in the produce and fresh bread which is a plus. I couldn’t get over how clean the place was and the pleasant staff working at this location. The managing staff was attentive and helpful as it was my first time ordering. This is definitely my new sandwich spot, highly recommend this location!
