Yin Ji Chang Fen

I want to give 2 stars but the food isn't horrible so I'll give it 3 instead. I thought this place was supposed to be a huge hit in China. It obviously didn't translate to this store. First of all, the portions are so small and for such a high price! The rice rolls were so soft they could barely be picked up. Congee tasted so average. Any other Chinese cafe would taste the same so don't waste your money here.

Great offerings of porridge done several styles as the Rice noodle rolls. Fills you up and does not hurt your wallet. Service is friendly and quick. Non Keto friendly for sure! Weekends tend to get very crowded.

Saw this place has mixed reviews... But it is really good. Every dish I had was an A, except for one, the brisket rice roll -- that is like a C. Overall, it's great. I'll be coming back more often. Note: there was a long line before the place opened, but if you get there at the opening time, you'll probably get a seat.

Pretty good. I can see why there are long lines here all the time. Came here on a week day around 10:55, there was a line already. Luckily we were able to get a seat as soon as they opened. The food was good and it certainly tasted authentic. The porridge was fluffy and the rice was cooked just the right amount of time. You can taste the freshness and no filler in it. The main item of course is their chang fen. They were made to order and tasted as good as you can ask for. They were soft and slightly chewy. The ingredients were fresh and not too salty. I really enjoyed my visit.
