Sadly feeling same as last time. Service dropped off this past year; a don't care and forced courtesy. Foods ok but courtesy matters.

Good wings. But most of the flavors are boring.

The employees are polite, friendly, and respectful, however it was dirty, the ice tea was water, and no ice in the vending machine.

I have found the Louisiana rub to be my favorite. I've been here a couple times. Both times they seem to be a little disorganized getting orders. My first visit they completely lost my order even though it was in queue and paid for. So, I waited for about 40 minutes before everyone before and after me was taken care of and left. I would go again, but I just make sure I check up on my order.
