Domino's Pizza

3 stars because it's dominos. I like Dominos, but I can't stand the people that work for them.

The people that work at this location seem slow. They get simple things wrong a lot. You want hearty marinara on your pasta? You might get alfredo sauce...sometimes I think that if i order the opposite of what I want, I will have a better chance of getting it.

I once ordered online. A woman called me and said they were out of something I ordered and if I wanted something else. She was rude about it, as if I was to know they were out. Instead of apologizing, she hung up immediately after I told her what I wanted instead. I thought this rude, so I tried calling back right away to cancel the entire order, but it took forever to get a hold of the same lady. When I told her to cancel everything, she said: "But it's already made." I told her I didn't care. She kept asking why I wanted to cancel. Then she asks why it took me so long to call back and cancel. I told her how I did call back, but some new guy who didn't know what he was doing put me on hold instead of just cancelling Dan's order like he was asked to. Her response: "So...you want to cancel your order because my worker put you on hold?" After all that explaining, she still didn't understand. As soon as I confirmed that I wouldn't be charged for the order, I hung up on her without another word.

Treat your customers better and stop trying to find ways to make them at fault.

Consistently good service. Good pizza too.

I just order 3 large pizza for carry out today and pick up at 3:05 and came there and pizza is not ready they put the pizza in the oven at 3:15 what kind of service is this you guys have to be on time thats why we order online so when we get there it’s ready for pick up because we dont like to wait but no we ending up waiting for it because you guys put it on oven late.

The pizza taste good though its just too wet, and I can't believe they don't have no restroom for customers.
