Century 25 Union Landing and XD

Decent theater, but room to improve. Hubby and I are avid movie-goers, and with our recent visits to Union City the projectionist experiences have been lacking... when film starts or even previews, there is either picture no sound, sound with no picture and we have had to get up and tell a person to turn off the lights on occasion. The personnel are pleasant and helpful, however the technical issues have led us to other theatres. We hope for better in the future.

Nice and clean theater. Starbucks coffee and different drinks including cocktails available to enjoy winter, summer and rainy season. Ample parking space. Few video games for kids are also there near the main entrance. Always love going out here to watch movies with family.

They are enforcing the bag policy now. As a regularly, I could bring my backpack in and this was last year. Just a reminder, to NOT BRING backpacks in or you can't watch the movie. Also, happy that the worker(s) were nice and understanding. :)

It's good. Only feedback I got is on food cashier offered discount on a membership on another customer after I made purchase of my own food. Should've offered that to me too. Next time I watch a movie I will initiate that myself I would have done so had I known.

Nice and convenient location. Plenty of parking. They do not have recliner seats and the seating they have is so uncomfortable. They really need to update this because for the same price of ticket you can get a recliner theatre. Pacific Commons or mountain view in my opinion.
