Saluti's

This place is seriously one of the best places I have ever eaten. The food was 11 out of 10. I loved it so much I ordered my same entrée again to go home.

I ordered sandwiches today for myself and a good friend and this was my first time at Saluti‘s. I was looking forward to it because I have a few friends that raved about it. Sadly when I got the sandwiches home, the bottom piece of the French roll was partially soggy, and and the side of salad had few pieces of older lettuce that shouldn’t have been in there. The sandwiches had more bread been filling and just wasn’t happy overall as flavor very bland and charged more than menu online represented. Staff was very friendly with smiles. Probably will try again and dine in instead of takeout hoping for a better outcome.

There is literally no better Italian food within 50 miles, guaranteed!! Reservations are highly recommended, they tend to almost always be very busy, they are that amazing. Veteran owned, and absolutely amazing food. My wife and I have been here several times, and have not one time NOT been in heaven the food is so good. We try to make sure we try different items when we go.

So, who expects top notch Italian food at a tiny strip mall in Jackson? We certainly didn't on a recent wine tour of Amador county but we were surprised by running across Saluti's.

We went primarily because they offer gluten-free pasta which is the only way my wife can enjoy Italian food. But all four of us were blown away by the great sauces and excellent pasta we had here. Service was very good and the prices can't be beat. Hey, you folks in Jackson, you need to find this place and enjoy it!

Just had lunch here today for the first time. Hands down the best Italian food I've ever had at a restaurant. I had the meatballs and minestrone soup. So much flavor. We will definitely be back.
