Must try! Awesome unique taste for any foodie. Definitely recommend if you like to try new things. My partner and I share a double with everything on it. The veggie option the make in house and is very tasty. The owner is present, active and the friendliest making for a welcoming atmosphere and great experiences.
I have been wanting to try this place and I finally went. The fries was pretty good and so was the burger but the meat could’ve had a little bit more flavor and I expected the bun to be a little bit more fluffy but I still like the crunchiness of it. We went on a Wednesday around 5 PM and it was completely empty. It was around $20 for the meal including a burger, fries, a drink, and a small side of coleslaw. They do bake them for you so it takes a little bit longer but I didn’t mind that. It was a cool thing to try here in Chico I would go again.
We really enjoyed the food and the restaurant! It was delicious! Innovative concept of the burger style dish, delicious fries, it’s nice to be able to hold it and not have ingredients fall out 😊 Lots of choices to customize it and some vegetarian options as well. Also we had a great chat with the owner. We are confident this place will be packed and busy with people all the time in the near future!
Innovative Concept, Fantastic Taste – A Must-Try Burger Experience in Downtown Chico!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this gem of a burger joint in downtown Chico, and I must say, it left an unforgettable impression! What sets this place apart is its unique take on serving burgers. The innovative approach of encasing the meat within dough and baking it right in front of you is truly remarkable.
Upon arrival, the aroma of freshly baked dough wafting through the air was tantalizing. The excitement built as I witnessed the dough enveloping the meat and transforming into a savory masterpiece in the oven. While many rave about the dough and rightly so, I was thrilled to find that the meat inside was not overshadowed by this creative concept. The taste of the meat was exceptional, complemented perfectly by the surrounding dough, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
The burger itself was nothing short of fabulous. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, proving that the attention to detail in crafting this dish extends beyond the innovative presentation. What truly stood out was not just the concept but the commitment to ensuring that every element of the burger, especially the meat, maintained its high quality and taste.
Moreover, I had the pleasure of briefly conversing with the owner, who shared their vision of expanding to new locations due to the overwhelming love and positive reception from patrons. It's evident why this place has garnered such attention – the dedication to excellence in both taste and service is palpable.
In conclusion, if you find yourself in downtown Chico or any future locations this establishment ventures into, do yourself a favor and indulge in this unique burger experience. It's a testament to culinary innovation while maintaining a steadfast commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
First time here and I will say it's pretty good. The service was great workers are really friendly and the people cooking were also very nice! I order a BBQ Bacon burger and my girlfriend got a Jalapeno Burger. The fries were surprisingly really good and the sauce i asked for was the House sauce which really is thousand island. Girlfriend also really liked the coleslaw. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something new and different.
