Fresh Cove

Wow! What an awesome concept and alternative to mail order meals! Delicious, fresh, take home meals prepped for you. Natalie went out of her way to make recommendations and special accommodations for my dietary needs. The meal was DELICIOUS! Every family member LOVED it!

Love Fresh Cove! Natalie and Russell’s meal kits are a life saver. Healthy, easy and DELICIOUS. So easy to add to your weekly dinner plans. Whether you plan your dinners ahead; you can easily order online and pick up when you need to. Or if you need to stop in and grab a healthy option that you can have on the table in 20-30 minutes. It’s also a great way to get my kids involved with preparing meals because it’s all in the kit for you. I’ve brought home a variety of different kits and they all have satisfied.

I have been to fresh cove a few times for dinner and the meals were always great and very easy to make, but my favorite thing is the desserts! There is a key lime keto dessert and it is the best! I am type 1 diabetic so every food that I consume I need to count my carbs. Since it was considered keto, that should mean that it’s close to carbless and that’s exactly what it was. My blood sugars did not spike whatsoever. Thank you so much fresh cove for making a dessert for us type 1’s to enjoy without a worry!

Reasons why this busy nursing student loves Fresh Cove:
1) I don't have to go grocery shopping! --Everything needed for each recipe is in the box: measured, cut, and prepped. And it's fresh, from local vendors!
2) I'm saving time and money! --Nothing is being wasted because I'm being given exactly what I need to make that evening's meal. And because everything is already measured out and prepped for me, I'm able to cook a meal in 30 minutes or less!
3) Each recipe is easy to follow --There are instructions included with each meal you get, you literally can't mess it up! AND if you take your little sheet of instructions back at your next visit, they take 5% off your next box!
4) The food is to die for! --I have yet to try a meal from Fresh Cove that I don't like. Everything is so delicious and they provide recipes I would never think to make on my own. You can get a 2 person meal or something for a family of 4, which is nice because I am able to have leftovers for lunch the next day.
5) Great customer service! --I'm always greeted with a smile at Fresh Cove, whether it be the owners or their lovely staff. They're always happy to make recommendations and when I had an issue with a box (missing ingredients), they were so quick to fix it!

I stopped by Fresh Cove for the first time yesterday evening. I brought home the lemony chicken meal kit. I actually enjoyed cooking after a long day. The meal kit made my evening so easy.....and delicious too! I hope to stop by again soon! Thank you for this great dinner option for those of us who love to cook but lack the time needed to enjoy it.
