    This place is AMAZINGLY GOOD. Just passing through town, stopped here. Great staff, authentic food, great taste, great price, and clean!

    The food is authentic and the portions allow us to have "lunch" the next day. The family is very friendly. We feel welcome each time we go. La familia is the only Mexican restaurant in Chico we go to now. We travel to Mexico often and know what the food there is like so it easily meets our critical taste.

    Amazing food most of the time! Would have been 5 stars, but tonight the new chef was really slow, we got full off of chips and salsa instead of the actual food (Which was kinda cold). But this has been the ONLY time this has happened, other than that, everything about this Restaurant is amazing! Especially the staff, they are the friendliest people.

    My favorite restaurant for sixteen years. Rosa and Wenceslau are a fixture in the community. All of their kids have worked here, too!
    I highly suggest the crunchy chicken tacos with sour cream and extra cilantro. Free chips and salsa make this the perfect meal!
    If I were on death row, I would request this as my last meal.
