The Habit Burger Grill

Beware... Habit Burger will be just that, HABIT forming. After standing in line for 15 minutes to be 1 of 200 people to try this new establishment in Chico,for free. I went in to find a fully staffed restaurant (over 20 employees). After being handed a menu of what I could order (pictured), I chose the Tenderloin sandwich with teriyaki glaze, onion rings, and a medium drink... simple enough. After getting a few peppers, I seated myself and waited...a whopping 5 minutes!! Let's start: the onion rings (10!!) were cooked to perfection, crispy and void of excess grease. The sandwich arrived on a ciabatta bun (extremely soft) and topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, and plenty of glaze. The meat was medium-rare and sliced to the perfect thickness, and VERY Tender. This was by ALL accounts, a fabulous meal. Will I be back to try other options...YES. I feel this could give a few other burger joints in Chico a run for its money, IF they can keep up the fast customer turn around and freshness off ingredients. True... this was my 1st time, and others may find it lacking, but not me. Enjoy Habit... there are FAR WORSE burgers in town.

I am glad the Habit is in town now. I had a chance to try their food before the grand opening, and I had nothing but positive things to say. The burger is juicy and fries are better than In N Outs. The portion is also generous that I get a food coma afterwards. Definitely recommend to check it out.
