Food is spectacular,service was fast and bar tender is awesome. Can't wait for the brisket to come back.

One of many new restaurants to open in Oroville in recent years, Provisions is tucked away in downtown across from the Municipal Auditorium. How does it stack up?

Quality: 5/5

I've sample two dishes so far (four if you count a bite of my girlfriend's burger and fries, and the cookie a la mode) and it's all been delicious.

The tri-tip Mac and cheese is definitely my favorite, but the pesto chicken flatbread is no slouch either. The bite of burger was good, but the fries were phenomenal.

The dessert—a chocolate chip cookie covered in vanilla ice cream—was a guilty pleasure, but one we don't regret.

Perfect lighting, a quality mix of music, and an outdoor seating area to get away from the crowd if that's more your thing.

My only feedback is menu size. Everything is delicious, but with only eighteen food options on the menu, including appetizers, I'll run out of things to try at some point!

Maybe after they've been established for a while they'll expand the menu a little more.

Absolutely delicious food and great service! I will definitely be back. The fries are the best I've ever tasted.
