Sonic Drive-In

Good food and service. Never really a long wait. Just wish they'd devise a new carry box instead of the bags which seem to tip the dogs over.

Food is always great.
Drinks are awesome.
Service absolutely terrible!

3 weeks ago- I waited over 30 minutes for my food, finally pressed the button to ask how much longer and they totally forgot about me!

1 week ago- Went through the drive-thru, ordered my food, when I finally got to the window the lady was extremely rude and she somehow forgot my order and had to remake it so that took an extra 10 minutes.

Day shift staff needs a lot more training.

Night shift staff are awesome!

I don’t have sonic drive-in where I live, so I usually stop here when I’m in town. They seem to run their place a little better than most of the fast food chains the food seems to be always good as well. But I’ve only been here a few times. So I am no expert.

Cheeseburger and tots we're good, service was fast and friendly. A little expensive. Clean and inviting, I recommend.

The people who are there are great. Their friendly and do all they can. There just aren't enough of them. Like most fast food places, they understaff. The effect this has on the overall service is the reason for only 4 stars. That's a reflection on the company not the people making and serving the food. Please be kind to them.
