“I freaking love this place! The deals are amazing and the pizza is always on point. The one time there was a small issue (forgot hot sauce on the chicken buffalo) I simply left a comment in the Tell Us How We Did section. Within half an hour of getting my order I was called by the manager and told that I would get half off my next Pizza! So they clearly pay attention to their feed back and that's something I can appreciate. Also since I always get delivery I want to say that their drivers are always super respectful and polite. 10/10 recommend to everyone Delivery drivers are also super cute”

When we figured it out they sent another pizza to the correct address free of charge, even though I messed up. And they were very quick about it. It's nice because they do have a delivery service with GrubHub so if you want your food delivered you can get what you want with in about 40 minutes. “Not a place for introverts. If you like enthusiastic fans or similar social events, this is the place for you. It gets very crowded during major sporting events, so get there early or I think they take reservations. The waitstaff is genuine as I've heard many honest conversations between them and customers, not just typical small talk. Not in the prying, awkward way, but legit caring for customers as people. The price matches the portions and environment for a chain restaurant. However, they'd get 5-stars if they could improve several of the recipes (could be this location or chain-wide). The item they're named for is mediocre. There's only been one flavor of wings I've liked out of about 6 I've tried so far. The burgers are also hit or miss and could use more flavoring/marinade. On the plus side, the pairings are great, the side options are good and the selections are more creative than typical burger joints.”

We had it sliced, and obviously there was a loaf of raisin bread sliced before ours, and the slicer was NOT wiped clean after the raisin bread, because each one of the slices of tomato bread tastes like raisins!
