We split food among ourselves.We got two special plates, two bowls of soup, crab wontons, and calamari. We ordered too much, because we were all full and took home a lot of left overs. “It's pretty white washed Mexican food. Street tacos come with cheese and guacamole. I like both of those ingredients, but they have no place on a street taco. Cilantro, onion, lime and salsa is the standard. Servings were also larger than a traditional place, which is good but also not traditional. This place is probably great for the average person looking for tacos, but traditionalists take warning. The salsa was bland and chunky-watery. The atmosphere is decent, in and out kind of place. Service was not bad, not great. Not sure if I'll be back as there's plenty of great tacos in Chico.”

“Country Waffles, as the name implies, is a breakfast and lunch non-chain restaurant with a country decor and feel. country music is also played and as you might expect lot of the local farmers in orchard owners seem to collect here. but the clientele here is not that exclusive and you'll see college students tradesmen and just normal families in here as well. It opens early and closes at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon every day. I've been here a couple times in I do enjoy it. they're French toast is pretty good and I seem to order that more than anything else.”

“Rundown for this place. Kate the server was nice with the traditional Thai dress that's a nice feel. The washroom was dirty without the stinky smell. As far as decor goes it's clustered, nothing fancy. The booth seats were dirty, someone must have forgotten to clean them. The table was sticky and you can see the dirt lying underneath the coating. The utensils were bare on the table I wonder if one should clean eat before eating with it. This place was packed when I went it which shows it's a local place for good food. Why it got 4 stars cause this was the first Asian restaurant whose food was fresh and not stale. The only complain the sauce was not enough. Otherwise the food was good (I had the appetizer platter with bowl of rice)”
