Shiro Ninja Baba - Poke - Ramen Bar

Absolutely fantastic! The ramen is flavorful and well balanced. Their poke is the best I've ever had.

I am so happy that this place opened! Hear it opened last month and it it family owned. My college years thrived off Boba so I tend to be picky, and I was pleased with the quality of the boba and milk tea! The honey Boba is so soft! Plus the quantity was so much! Definitely a bang for your buck!
I got the Thai tea with honey Boba, my mom got the Taro milk tea with Mango popping Boba, and my friend got Strawberry tea with honey Boba. We also got the Avocado wrap and it was very fresh and they gave us free miso soup with our order! The miso soup was great! The silk tofu was soft and the nori tasted so fresh. I've had bad experiences with fishy miso at other places but THIS miso was so fresh and had an amazing flavor! I didn't try the Ramen, sushi or Poke but I would definitely come again to try their other menu items! I really hope this place takes flight!
My only advice: there are 3 menus so it does feel a little overwhelming to look through them all but I hope that once it's clear what items are best sellers that Shiro Ninja will consolidate their menu, I've seen a lot of great mom and pop shops go under due to large menu sizes.

The staff is very friendly and the food is really amazing and surprisingly really cheap! One of the best Asian restaurants that Calaveras County has to offer!

I came here driving back from a great weekend at bear valley and new malones lake. Great family ran business and I love supporting local businesses especially during these uncertain times. We ordered hamachi kama, salmon, specialty roll, miso soup and 2 boba drinks. Overall great tasting food and portions are great. The place is nice and clean. We just built a cabin up there so I will be visiting every time we come up there. thank you.

Great to have new options. The food is very good. Can't wait to try more choices. Today I had the R3 Misa ramen. Great flavors.
