Good Friends Chinese Restaurant

Overall good buffet! Some excellent dishes, some ok. Mom loved it- chow mein was great, fried prawns, fried chicken was really
good and disappointed they ran out! Busy on Mother's Day but quick good service! Will return!

Although I live in San Andreas I go to Good Friends in Valley Springs for 2 reasons. One is I don't think much of the place in San Andreas. And secondly they have such a great variety, good food and buffet.

For a small town, Valley Springs, this is a very nice place to eat. You can choose to order items from their menu, or enjoy their rather large and fresh buffet. Their buffet has a huge selection including frog legs and crab, sushi, sashimi, along with a large salad variety and a big salad bar.
We are from out of town, but stop here to eat at least once/twice a year. The staff is ok, not a single smile among them, and their restrooms could sure stand both a remodel and just to be cleaner.

The selection was great (having beef, chicken, shrimp, pork and even frog legs!) and the service was good. We came in with a fairly large party of 13 and they ran out of items quickly, but a few minutes later, they were stocked up once again, even on the more time intensive items like sushi. I'd definitely eat here again.
