I routinely drive from the bay area to Bend Oregon and can honestly say this is the best stop on i5. Not only do they have healthy, farm fresh lunch options, but they have gourmet ice creme, fresh baked desserts and really good coffee. They also have great farmhouse style decor that would make excellent gifts for a mother or wife. Don't skip this spot next time you are passing through!
I had the horseradish sandwich here and it was soo good I had to write a review about it! Highly recommend this place!
Happened upon this wonderful place taking Hwy 20 back to I5. They had me at “cold pressed juices” and the sandwich was one the best ever. My friend went in to get the treats while I kept the dog company on the grass pad nearby. I had to call her to see what was taking so long and evidently the gift shop was amazing. Definitely a re-do!
We have stopped at the station twice now for a human and pet pit stop. They have a mini mart connected with the gas station but a separate market for small groceries, drinks and sandwiches. There is also an area with a fence to let your dog run and deposit as well as very clean and "Green" toilets for the humans. (Green meaning sensors with the toilets and faucets and air dryers, no paper towels so your hands stay relatively bacteria free) It was so clean and fresh! That is 5 stars in addition to the well stocked and friendly market. We popped in for a few sodas, snacks and shared the Roast Beef sandwich which was very tasty and around $8. Now on my list of stops en route to Lake County or off I 5. :)
The new (to me) 'country market' is nice. They make a nice deli sandwich. Nice update from the old gas station shop and port-a- potties. Now it's a real nice restroom.
