I had the steak and eggs minus the eggs because I'm allergic. The ribeye was tender and delicious and well worth the $12.99 price. The coffee was smooth and tasty. Much better than most diner coffee. Lastly the service was attentive and friendly. Personally I think Lumpy's is the best breakfast diner in or around Brentwood.

This is a go-to for us for a great breakfast, lunch or dinner, and it's locally owned! The variety is such that there's something for everyone (unless you're on a no-food diet). Lumpy's has a great back-story and community atmosphere. Never once have I been disappointed with the food here and the servers are more than attentive and very friendly. I'll tell whoever's reading this what we tell our visitors or folks we meet that are new to the area: "You've not experienced the area until you've eaten at Lumpy's."

Good food. It is always busy when I go. The waitresses are always friendly and always make time to see if you need anything. Coffee and sodas are always being filled I have never had to ask.

Have eaten there before and food was good. This time I had a Reuben sandwich and my sister had a grilled cheese sandwich. Both sandwiches were way too greasy. Waitress was very attentive.

Friendly staff but don't sit close to the door on a cold and windy day.
Drink prices are very reasonable at $3 for beer and $4 for a generous glass of champagne.
Breakfast servings are very generous and served promptly.
Great place to go if you are really hungry but expect to wait on weekend mornings as the place is very popular.
