Kabuki Sushi

Nice cozy place with great food!

Reasonable prices and decent food. However, they tend to skimp on the actual fish when you order their specially made rolls. There were just very thinly cut slivers of fish on the roll I ordered the other day, and filled with fake crab, and shrimp tempura. There were supposed to be 4 different types of fish but under the heavy mayo and unagi sauce, I could make out only the tuna. With all that sauce, how can anyone really tell what they are giving you. They are friendly. Clean restaurant but I wish they didn't skimp on the fish and didn't bury it underneath so much sauce. Authentic Japanese food doesn't use any of those sauces.

This is one of my favorite Sushi bars, they have a lot of good sushi rolls to pick from. The best thing it's also a buffet for only about $25 u can try a very good variety of their apecialty sushi rolls.

Today two of my daughters and I went to Kabuki Sushi for the first time, and we all liked it. Our only complaint was that they didn't roll the rolls tight enough, so they fell apart trying to pick them up. The key is in the rice. It has to be the right texture and sticky enough to stay rolled together.
