    I enjoyed a great poke bowl here. The staff were welcoming and made great recommendations. I had a wonderful taiyaki ice cream dessert here, as well. Come check it out!

    Super cute little location for some sweet boba and plenty of other options. Prices are nice and low and staff is really nice.
    I’ll be sticking with this place

    Very tasty taiyaki, it starts with the fish (hot) and gradually goes to the ice cream (cold) it’s gotta be the perfect ice-cream even during winter because the waffle fish will warm you up first before eating the ice cream.

    I'm genuinely upset at myself for not stopping by here earlier. Amazing service, delicious boba, and very reasonable prices.

    Modern Boba is a locally-owned small business that manages to outdo the chain alternatives in the area. Definitely consider supporting them — I will be back!
