El Pollo Loco

It wasn't bad at all. Better than i was expecting. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and half that time was me looking at the menu. Great if you want a quick bite to eat.

Oh boy I've been drooling every time I drove by that place the last half a year since they've been converting that place in Chile El Pollo Loco cuz that's one of my favorite places they have the the chicken that they rotate in front of the heat leaves in all the flavor and then everything is very fresh it's just a really healthy places to eat. It's it's not heavy or anything like that it's good clean not full of steroids looking chickens. The size of chickens are scaring me lately her ears are so stuffed full of steroids once you get it to me as a cheaper supermarkets I swear to God I think I'll be running from those if I saw him in real life when I was young chickens were just the size of your two hands you know now it's like they would come up to your knee because of all the steroids so yeah play Cycles Pollo Loco I really appreciate very healthy food very clean all brand new brand new parking lot and Landscaping and I'm sure you'll love it as much as I did they used to have an El Pollo Loco long long time ago in another part Concord but it wasn't part of this chain and the place is still a Mexican restaurant but that's where they first started going like rotary I don't know if that's where it came from I think I must have came from somewhere else but there was another restaurant a long time ago called El Pollo Loco that was something like this one where it's put this one's like a fast food restaurant but it's a healthy fast food restaurant they do have a drive-thru they probably have the electric things to it for all I know. Okay well that's all I know for now my dog is yelling at me to take him for a walk so there still might go by there I'll take some pictures

Was fresh, hot and delicious! Seemed like a good crowd for their lunch hour. Only problem I have is extra cost for the mixed chicken. Cost has gone up a little.

It's finally open! Staff is super friendly. You can tell they just completed training and they're doing customer service by the books but with personality. No robots here. Food is good as expected from EPL. The only critique i have is that it's a little jarring getting the greeting from a man recording, then placing order with a woman, then pulling up to the window and being greeted by yet a 3rd person. They're doing a great job and I'll be back as long as they continue trying hard. Hopefully they don't lose their enthusiasm!
Update: second visit: well the new restaurant sheen has worn off. I asked for flour tortillas and got corn, asked for mild salsa and got hot, most frustrating, asked for no sour cream (lactose intolerant) and got sour cream. This visit was disappointing!
