Ramen 101 Concord

I needed to stop by area again to reevaluate the location and how much rent is for opening in surrounding area after Fire Wings Berkeley told they're opening one in the area. I was here two days ago looking for a space, but failed to meet any of that. Nice average size place devoted to fast food ramen spec the same usual drill order at counter and wait for them to bring it over. This could be the most delicious tonkotsu for under eleven bucks that I tasted since being back in bay area. You can taste the ten hour simmer broth with lip-smacking flavors slurp after slurp. They definitely didn't skimp on protein with two pieces of flavorful tender pork let alone seaweed, wood ear fungus, and bamboo shoots. In the end I didn't feel like it was fast food anymore even though the set up points to otherwise. You can rest assured that you'll get friendly service short wait time with delicious mouth salivating bowl of ramen.

SPICY Black garlic Ramen is off the chain. Very unique and original. An absolute must try. Great staff, definitely gonna see me there often.

Went with coworkers for lunch. I had the black garlic ramen. Very flavorful and the pork was tender. Service was really fast. Would come again.
