Fuji Sushi Buffet

I made a reservation through Yelp on a Wednesday at 5pm. There were a few people waiting at opening time. We went in in the order we booked and the seats were not full. I ordered appetizers and desserts from the staff, and went to the sushi bar to order the rest of the sashimi and hand rolls. All food was fresh and delicious. Personally, the mackerel and salmon sashimi were the best.

All you can eat sushi. Prepare to wait to get seated . Long line but definitely worth the wait . The fish is fresh and wide and extensive variety . My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is nice and fast customer service. Highly reccomended

Not quite like the Davis location. Not on par with Vacaville.

This one in Concord just recently opened so they're probably still trying to learn the ropes. Service was slow. There's only ONE guy doing the orders so the line was long (see photo). Sashimi also isn't very fresh. The flesh had started to slime. There's not much variety on the ready to grab section, and same can be said on the conveyor.

I love the Vacaville location and I hope this one in Concord improves.

Notice to sushi and rolls lovers. This isn't your authentic Japanese food joint. I did NOT see a single Japanese employee when we went.
