This is such a hidden gem! If you are looking for low carb or Keto food you have found your place! I grab breakfast and lunch here often and it doesn’t ever disappoint. They also have really good coffee!

Stopped here on a bike ride for a coffee and a snack. The spiced butter brew and cortada were hella good. The view of mt Diablo from their patio was a bonus, the picture doesn’t do it justice.

I was truly surprised at the variety of food options they had here. I really thought it was only a market. To my delight, there was a cafe inside. For the market, they carried a vast assessment of low carb breads, condiments, ice creams, snacks and keto recipe books. For the cafe, full coffee bar and a menu that was hard to choose from. I had their 8oz keto chilli: great flavor and very filling! Added sour cream and green onions at no extra cost. Hubby had the half sized Carnivore: loaded with chicken, bacon, and beef. He added jalapenos, green onions and green peppers. The meat was hot but oddly the veggies were cold. Not too bad tho. He couldn't finish the 1/2 size funny enough! Good enough to portion for after our workout! He plans to buy another platter but the full size and portion is through the day. Great plan! I also ordered and Americano. Sadly the coffee was not hot. Americanos are usually just Expresso and Hot water so it's usually too hot to drink right away. My chili was hotter than my coffee. 😞 (Hence the 4 stars) That's alright though, the flavor was still there. Coffee was not bitter and the 1 stevia addition was just perfect. The price point was good too! $8 for the 1/2 Carnivore and $8 for the 1/2 chilli. Even went back to the cashier to buy cinnamon zero carb bagels and a zero carb raspberry vinaigrette. Review to come! We will definitely be back! Great place to try out. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
