    My sister and I went to Round Table Pizza on Sutton Way in Grass Valley, California the other night. I requested that my reward points be recorded on my rewards account. They didn't know what I was talking about, the manager said that they don't do that. If that is the case, it should be advertised to be only available at selected Round Tables. So, I canceled my pizza order, got a refund and left.
    The next day (after we cooled off) we went back and ordered a medium one topping pizza for $24.49 with no reward points. But while we were waiting for our pizza, I overheard an order being taken over the phone for a large one topping pizza for $18.99. I asked the guy about it, and he said it was a special they were having. He was surprised that the counter person didn't suggest the special for me.
    So, I didn't get my reward points. We paid too much for our pizza because we weren't offered the special. I lost points, money and food.
    If the pizza wasn't so good, I'm not sure I'd be back.
