    First time at Black Bear. We were hosting a birthday party for a friend, about 50 or so people made it.

    Claudia was great, the rest of the staff was great too. They were cooperative and understanding when we went a lil last our time.

    Had a big birthday party here. The staff was amazing in accommodating our group of about 30 people. Food came out fast, everyone got what they ordered, and they helped make our party a success. Thanks, Black Bear!

    Wow! Their biscuits are GIGANTIC, which makes the biscuits and gravy almost a meal in itself. The food is solid home-style...and plenty of it. Prices are very reasonable. I love pancakes, and these were really good. Don't be afraid to ask for a to-go box. They will gladly accommodate.

    Everything was really good, but the meatloaf had a sweetness to it in some places, which was weird. It was a little off putting. The pecan crusted trout was also really delicious, and the vegetables were crunchy and tasted fresh. A good place for a sit down meal :)

    Had a nice breakfast here!

    Wait staff was lovely. Very attentive and great customer service.

    Food was good. The menu is varied. However, this is a terrible place for a diet. If you are up for a cheat meal though, you are in the right place! We had breakfast this time but I've been here for lunch and dinner also. Portions are very large. The burgers are delicious and their salads are HUGE and flavorful.

    Would recommend if you are in the mood for comfort food!
