    Understaffed, long service/wait time. Best to order online and hope for quick pickup. This also puts extra pressure on the staff to work harder to meet efficiency metrics. I’m not sure if they just don’t have the amount of business to keep the place running efficiently. If the same person has to prepare orders in the kitchen and keep an eye out and manage the register/customers failure is inevitable. Lack of parking during the weekdays just kills their business too but that’s part of a larger problem in the Bay Area. The combo of the long wait times and lack of parking deters me from visiting more often. Friendly and delicious otherwise.

    Good but over priced and not great customer service. Bowls are good though!!

    I love vitality bowls and often stop by for a quick snack or lunch. This one is a newer location so I think they're still working out a few links but sometimes it can be a bit slow. Call in your order or use the app to speed up the process.
