Lucky

I’m new to the neighborhood, Oakley CA, and grew up with Luckys. I looked up salad bars and Luckys popped up. Off I go and to my disappointment there was no salad bar, only pre made. Walmart has banging Southwestern Salads, so I grabbed Luckys Southwestern salad. YUCK! No flavor, soggy lettuce, watery dressing, nothing spicy, just nothing southwest about it, and the price $6.99. Ya, $7 for an 11. 4 oz salad 🥗 More than the price of a whole chicken. So sad to say I won’t be shopping there anymore. Too expensive and no salad bar. Need to update their website.

I live right in back of my Lucky's. The people are right there to answer my questions. Employees are so helpful. I've have been going my Lucky's for 14 years now. In all this time I've not been disappointed and went I 've not been able to what I was looking for all I have to ask anybody if they can't find with that person is busy they will call someone to help. When I got home from the 🏥 I was able to get the groceries delivered. Most every one of the employees know me and always ask how I'm doing. Which I 've never had that with any other store. I've shop at the the stores and never had that kind of courtesy. So I reamed my store. Being a senior that means a lot to me. I've owned my own nail business in the past for 20 years. So I know good people when I see them. I was very happy to let you know about my Lucky's. It the one in Oakley,Ca. I hope this helps you find that I would not say anything if it was not true. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Our waitress Veronica was the best. Very friendly, personable, and just great. And the Manager Mirage was great as well. Great customer service and food all around.
Chicken fried steak was the crispiest, best one I've ever had.
