    They have gotten better at keeping the time they promise food will be ready when you order over the phone. The food is good but it's not what it used to be.

    Food is still really good (and messy). My wait today (Monday 1pm) was less than 10 mins, good for lunchtime. I like the advancement of a screen menu but could do without the "trendy" nicknames for the sandwiches, it makes looking for my regular order confusing. And the on line rewards program thing is just a joke. Signed up an no where does it say how to claim the rewards for the meal just purchased go back to the card and stamps.
