    Fresh, cheap, and delicious. This El Pollo Loco skimped a little on the chips and guac I ordered but made up for it with my delicious BRC burrito ????

    I usually love this place, but they've started charging for... salsa. Really.

    I only order the tostada salad without extras. It didn't come with salsa. When I'm asked if I want to order any I had assumed it meant extra.

    Looking like I'll have to reconsider San Juan for fast casual.

    The grill chicken healthy and delicious along with all the other wonderful dishes here at El Pollo Loco. A money high protein diet so I idiot 3 times a month, and I love the food.

    It is excellent. I had my first meal in Pasadena years ago and I have never forgotten it. It is rare to find a chicken place in the Richmond-San Pablo area that has so many options.
    I live 3 blocks away and it is easy to walk there. They are open to 11pm when I have the urge to have chicken instead of a burger. The chicken is much healthier than the other chains nearby.
    El Pollo Loco, you are truly the crazy chicken and a good one at that.
    Service is always fast and served with a smile.
