“Really good soup dumplings ("XLB"). The soup inside was hot, temperature wise, the way I like it. Definitely not a fast place but I rather have the soup dumplings served well than rushed. I did see a lady who looked like she was a server on the phone in one of the dining booths when I came in. She didn't look my way and the kitchen staff had to signal to her and she still didn't look over. A younger man popped out and served me instead and he was great. A tip for the owners: your soup dumplings are very hot temperature wise, it's great flavor wise, but you may want to put a warning on your menu and have your staff explain it before people eat it. There will also be a lot of people who may not know there is hot soup inside of the dumplings so use your menus and staff as an opportunity to expand that understanding.”

“I decided to check out Marugame Udon at San Ramon's City Center. It would normally have long lines outside and a long wait. But lunch at 3:30pm sounded like a good time to try this latest hotspot in San Ramon. And it did not disappoint. The broth was flavorful, a tad on the sweet side but lots of ginger flavor gives it a mild kick. I tried a couple of their tempura offerings...the best one for me is actually the shrimp. The batter was light and fresh. Definitely will be back.”

“Delicious food but the choice of wrap makes a difference for to-go orders. I first tried the Thai chicken wrap, it was one of the best wraps I have had in a long time! Next I tried the poke wrap. The seaweed didn't hold together too well but I was able to eat it. However the satay chicken wrap didn't work at all. The kind of rice paper that was used completely stuck to the paper. I had to tear apart the wrap and eat it with a fork and knife (fortunately I had one with me). I'm not sure if it cooled down in the 20 minutes after receiving it or something was missed but I strongly recommend you eat that wrap there to avoid the paper. Overall in giving 4 stars because all the wraps were very tasty, but could do better on the wrapping itself.”

“Am updating a previous review of 1 star when they did not know anything about the coupons sent to local residents, and had no one to ask. And sadly the person was not very friendly about it, so we left. However, management reached out to us to make amends. We did go back and had an excellent meal: had the Deconstructed Samosa with chicken and cauliflower rice - it really was amazing (and had a nice kick to it), much to my surprise. Hubby had Punjabi by Nature burrito and loved it. We will be back! Want to try the fried chicken sandwich, which looked really good. Glad we gave it another chance.”

“3/26/24 Saturday (Outdoor) Lunch - FIVE STARS for the EXCELLENT SERVICE BY Ms ANA (Many thanks to her) and THREE STARS (as above) for the restaurant itself. The outdoor heater did not work. It was a good thing that the cloudy cold weather warmed up later in the day, so eventually there was no need for the heater. That should have prompted them to fix it for the evening dining. The meat cuts were of excellent quality though menu choices on salad were so limited. There was no day special to alternate to. If guest is not much of a "meat eater" or are "budgeting" meat consumption - it would be a little difficult. The 3 wine tasting flights was a very good concept - perfect for "social drinking" without driving to Napa.”

“We had our teen daughters birthday party here with about 35 people, place is big enough.great food, beer and wine, and service was top notch. All food was fresh and very tasty, we had chicken Tikka, veggie delight, cheese pizza, Desi garlic sticks, Buffalo wings, the service was prompt. He even threw a few mango lassie and water etc. It's open just fee months back,(October 2021). Great addition to San Ramon”

“I like Starbucks it's all right but it's getting kind of old to me I don't know about you. I mean the coffee is great at all the Starbucks. This was the largest Starbucks I've ever been to or ever seen. This Starbucks is almost in Dublin. On the border of San Ramon and Dublin it's huge, giant great seating for eating outside when I say that I mean they have like these really extremely comfortable chairs with padding and all that which I really appreciate because I hate those metal chairs they put outside sometimes it just hurt my back too much these are nice really nice. If you like Starbucks you'll like this place that's for sure. It's in the middle of a really cool shopping center with lots of difference stores lots of variety.
