Twins Sushi

This place does good sushi rolls. If you're a roll person, you won't be disappointed. I had the Ponderosa Roll and enjoyed it (it was sauced though I don't recall there being mention of that on the menu).
I'd rate the nigiri a 3/5. The fish is pretty thinly sliced and the rice portion is larger than I'm used to. The fish taste isn't bad, but it's also not a strong presence since the rice taste is star. I'm also used to a sweeter rice taste and that is not present here.
The tempura is also a 3/5. I only gave it that rating because I really liked the dipping sauce. The batter they use isnt bad, it's just that there is no seasoning in the batter or on the vegetable and I'm used to there being more flavor.
Ultimately, nothing was bad so I'd recommend you try a roll out and see for yourself.

Twins is awesome, they have high quality food and great service. You can eat in or order to pick up. Family owned and operated.

We got there pretty late and ordered to go. The lady said they were out of miso soup but when she saw my disappointment she offered to make more. We got 4 rolls and BBQ tuna. The ponderosa roll was my favorite. So yummy and great customer service

Anyone who appreciates hard work and quality food should love this small family owned business. Food is always fresh, there's no room temp fried tempura waiting to go like some of the other sushi places in the area. Freshness is always per order. Learn patience people it's a value.
