Rey Mimosa Breakfast and Lunch

Gave this place a try the other morning and it did not disappoint! Started eating and realized we needed pictures so we could leave a review! So tasty! I got the Maria Sandwich and my mom got the Monte Cristo - we both enjoyed our meal!
Servers are pretty shy but the restaurant is still new, hopefully they'll warm up!

Waffles are good, burgers are good, coffee is good, omelettes are good, servers are always friendly and attentive. The crepes should be taken off the menu though. They're not made fresh and they use the same vanilla crepes in the savory dishes as they do in the sweet ones. It is incredibly strange.

NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT REY MIMOSA'S - but it's a great place! VERY friendly staff, good food in large quantities! Rey Mimosa's is in Burke Junction in Cameron Park, on the side facing Forklift.

Nobody knows it's there, so PLEASE SUPPORT this new local business!

First time here ..food is excellent. Really nice inside and outside! Prior Sisters Cafe. Alot different. Service was excellent! Big mimosa menu too!!

My spouse and I came here for breakfast, and I enjoyed our dining experience. Our mimosas were very reasonably priced, $7 each. My husband ordered the Spider-Man mimosa and I got the Hibiscus; I enjoyed mine and he thought his was ok. Our food came fairly quickly, and my chorizo omelet was tasty. I appreciated that they buttered my toast for me and that the hash browns were extra crispy. Overall, we had a good experience and will be coming back again.
