We’ve eaten inside, done ordering through the app and sat in the drive through. We find that no matter which way you go, the service seems a bit slow. Off all the choices, we usually end up in the drive through.
The kids love burgers and we eat plenty of them from nice restaurants, but sometimes the kids just want a burger or a sausage McMuffin.
Typically if you order any breakfast items in the afternoon, you’ll be asked to wait in front at a specific location to wait for your food.
Overall, we find the staff to be pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. They usually get our order correct, unless there is something unusual with changing toppings, and that’s hit or miss.
I do not like those computer machines you have to go to, to pick your choices. One, I don't take my glasses or purse when I run in to get something fast. I find I get faster service with the young people that work for you and like the personal service because they are able to answer my questions on the spot. Now I have to wait while a staff is explaining to a person how to use the machine and it was taking a long time so I left. I didn't think I was an impatient person. My friends and I don't use the machines on the tables either, we want individual service, one that merits our tips. Thank goodness the server takes care of us and doesn't make us use it. So I'll continue to go to the counter and when that's not possible I'll stop going. I always liked McDonalds and drive aways off the road when traveling to stop at one.
???????????? Clean, upscale area, staff were conscientious, thoughtful, and worked together well. ...Read more
Not much for Vegetarians. Salads cannot be a daily diet, and for what they are, they are overpriced.
At one time McDonald's carried veggie burgers, but didn't put any effort into finding different choices, good quality, nor matching sauces. Nor was it advertised. So of course no one knew about it and it failed.
Burger King and Subway carry veggie burgers for those wondering.
