Mongolian beef is fantastic here as is the hot-and-sour soup. Good service, actually everything we have had has been terrific.

Beautifully decorated. Excellent lighting, walls and ceilings down to the dishes. Perfect artistic culinary display. Wonderful food and friendly service. White table cloths and water goblets. Sidewalk cafe seating year round. Modern class.

Honestly the food here is, in large, very good. Portions seem fine and the price is maybe slightly high, but that is the cost for good food this flavorful I think. The service is fine and they seated a large group right away during a weekday lunch.

The reason I'm deducting 2 stars:
    1. soda. I hate when I go to a sit down restaurant and they hand you a can of soda. Every restaurant should have a fountain.
    2. I got 2 really hard pieces of cartilage in 2 different chicken dishes. Generally speaking at places like this I'm assuming they cut up meat and cook it themselves, so I hope in the future the chef can spot theses pieces and cut them out.

    We will definitely go back.

This is the the best Chinese restaurant i have had in U.S. in terms of taste. We had West-lake beef soup, Three ingredients, Mongolia beef, a pork dish (i forget the name), and Crispy squid with spiced salt. they are all very good. the fried rice is a little bit too dry, and hard, but still acceptable.
by the way, as a Chinese from mainland China, i am judging the restaurant based on Chinese preference. so, if you want to have a real Chinese meal, i recommend this to you.
