Yummy food, and plenty of it! Be forewarned: the pancakes should be called plate-cakes! Yes, they are BIG so bring your appetite and some friends but don't skip them; they're worth every bite!

We have only been here once, but we LOVED it. Can't wait to get back to Placerville just to have breakfast here. The self serve coffee bar was awesome, 3 different roasts and a decaf, with all the usual coffee mixers. The fresh baked goodies were all OUTSTANDING(we had 4 different types) The pumpkin cookie was my favorite, soft and one of the tastiest cookies I've even had.
Lunch was delicious I enjoyed the veggie garden burger. Our favorite thing about Sweetie Pie's was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and helpful. We were greeted as we entered and even made a friend and received a recipe while waiting for our food. A family with a dog was even accommodated on the enclosed patio. Wonderful experience, Thank you to everyone there.

we have been back here twice since I did a review and had to lower my rating. We were not greeted at the entrance, and once there was a woman standing there looking at us behind the counter and didn't say a word. When I tried to get her attention so we could be seated she walked away and started talking to someone else. Not the friendly and welcoming service we received the first time. The food is still good, but service was lacking..and it was not busy at all. Willing to try once more, but if the service isn't great it will unfortunately be our last visit.

This was my first time visiting Sweetie Pies Restaurant. The restaurant is in an old house that was built in the 1800's. It is quite large with porch seating and patio seating as well as inside dining. The food is very good at a fair price. Great menu of breakfast and lunch items. Home baked pies are available too. The staff was first rate, very attentive. Overall a good place to stop in far good eats.

I always hear rave reviews about this place and recently needed some sweets for the office to celebrate a birthday. They didn’t have many pies out yet, so I grabbed a few sticky buns. Wow. They were huge and very dense and amazing.

The rolls were a huge hit and there was plenty to share.

They even gave me a candle so I didn’t have to run to the store. Awesome.

Can’t wait to go back and try some other treats. Interested in what gluten free options they have as well.

Great food! Pies and cinnamon rolls are to die for. It is mobbed on weekends. Perfect for early afternoon during the week.
