This is one of the best Mexican food restaurants in Placerville but unfortunately they are very stingy with the spicy onions in their salsa bar.

I usually order takeout, and tell them no chips (which they give for free) because we don't eat them and I feel bad throwing them away.

Apparently, the "boss" banned their employees from giving me a piece of foil to take a sufficient amount of onions for 2 super burritos. The self serve salsa cups are way too small to put more than a few slices in per cup. I'd have to use ten plastic cups + lids (so wasteful) and barely get enough to enjoy with the meal. It is a waste of time and creates a mess for them to clean up.

The onions are the only thing my husband will eat with the burritos. So now, I have to learn to make it myself.

I guess they'd prefer to lose our business over less than $.50 of onions and foil.

Everything I've tried here has been really good. I particularly enjoyed the nachos and breakfast burrito. The staff is alleyways nice and helpful as well
