Artemis Mediterrean Grill

Good food. A little pricey, lamb gyro really good and fries. A must try.

Breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed the eggs benedict. The outdoor seating was perfect for us since we were traveling with our dog.

Good food for the little town of Tahoe City. One wouldn't consider Mediterranean to be their first choice when driving through the active lifestyle village that is South Lake, but you'd be pleasantly surprised if you stopped off at Artemis. The friendly service was spot-on and the food was HEARTY. I grabbed the Falafel Pita and although the falafel balls themselves were a bit hard on the outside(overcooked?) the pita was a hit. You definitely get what you pay for at this little restaurant because the humus plate was overflowing and my friend's lamb pita was amazing!

Definitely make this little pit-stop a must-do on your next trip through town.

Pretty authentic Greek dishes if not a little pricey. But the location and lake view is very nice and the service is generally quite good. Sometimes they have grilled halloumi cheese which is VERY Greek and hard to find.

We were here for a girls getaway weekend. We chose this as our dinner venue. The food was good, the staff was courteous. It took a while for our entrees to arrive, but the appetizer came quickly.

It was a little too chilly to sit outside, but I'm sure that's the way to dine here. The inside was a little cramped for a party of 4. Everything was good and everyone liked their food.
