Riva Grill On the Lake

Wonderful evening with new friends on the beach. The Wet Woodie drinks flowed too easily. Our dinner was excellent, in particular the scallops. I would come back again just for them. The broth from the steamed clams was outstanding as a dipping sauce for the garlic bread. Our main course was simple fish and chips and they were done brilliantly. Right balance of fish and crust. Our server was amazing and accommodated our every request. Just an excellent evening.

I absolutely loved this place. They have public buoys that you don't need to pay for and as soon as they see you coming, the tender boat follows you. They people driving the boat are always super kind and have great conversation. If you have kids that brought their own life jackets, they have a spot where you can put them. The menu is also filled with several delicious items. When the food comes, it is a large amount, for a high price. So now I now why the adult menu is so expensive. That is the only downfall that everything on this normal menu ranges from 15 to 30 dollars. Service is fantastic and I overall beg to go her for lunch every time we're boating!

Wonderful restaurant with a gorgeous lake front view! We sat on the patio and it was amazing. The food was great and our waitress was the best. You get free valet parking if you eat at the restaurant and you can take your kids to the beach area for swimming and fun after you're done eating.

Riva Grill has an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. The crunchy chicken burger (in pic) recommended by our server Angelica was one of the best I've ever had! Fantastic ambience and service. Angelica was true to her name. Patient and endearing with the children. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. :))

A fabulous family dinner at Riva Grill tonight on the deck as the sun set. For appetizers we got the lobster deviled eggs, glazed ribs and coconut prawns; all fantastic.

The Dungeons Crab sandwich with avocado was incredible. The bacon wrapped filet was a little bit of a disappointment. It was good but nothing special but I’d still definitely come back and try something else.

All-in-all a good night out with good food, drinks and service.
