On the 2nd floor, don't miss this yummy treat..fresh baked cookies, and you make your own ice cream sandwiches. I really wanted a Rootbeer float, & hubby had a couple of scoops. Very generous on the size of the scoops. My husband got 2 scoops. Very nice staff. Clean and nice place for a dessert stop on a walk down the promenade.

I had very high expectations from this place and so was a little disappointed. I got the brownies baked with salted caramel pretzel ice cream. It wasn’t sealed off properly and wasn’t warmed nicely too. The brownie was too sweet but the icecream was nice. The icecream flavours are very limited and basic.
The icecream sandwich costs $10 which is not cheap. The staff was in a hurry even though they weren’t busy when I visited. Not bad but could be better.

I would have given it five stars but I personally didn’t like the ice cream bowls they made. Service and location is amazing though.

The Baked Bear is absolutely delicious! They have homemade cookies, brownies and ice cream! You can build your own cookie ice cream sandwich, create a cookie or brownie bowl, or get the items a la carte! We loved the cookie dough ice cream! They are located on the second floor, so keep that in mind when you are looking for their location! It is a must stop!

This place was a great little evening stop and I was pleasantly surprised at what they were about. You make your own....well direct them... ice cream sandwich with fresh cookie options. The options they had were more than I expected so that was neat for such a small place. They also had a soy option for those that need it with the ice cream. Small little place on the top level of the shops along the strip. Worth the trip up!!!
