honestly my favorite evening place. i had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. reminds me of a cafe in chicago i liked to visit.
I have to leave a review after the dinner we just had!!! I’ve never had a more perfect stake! Everything was absolutely amazing, service to food! This will be our new favorite fancy dinner place!!!
I happened to stumble upon 13Prime Steak just days before the opening. I walked in and briefly met the owner, John Marihart. Always on the lookout for a great restaurant I introduced myself and asked John if I could see the menu. He gave me one, saying “take it”. I always notice a persons character when I meet them and during our exchange I have to say John was very gracious, taking time out from what I am sure was a busy time for him. Last Saturday we finally came and dined. The food was simply divine, my suggestion to the equally attentive manager on one of the appetizers was received with a smile. The lobster was wonderful and the wedge salad , not to be missed,down to the wine list everything was superb. I’m sorry our waitress’s name escapes me but kudos to her, very sweet. We will certainly be recommending 13Prime Steak and returning ????
I just recently visited the restaurant and it was an excellent experience. Anyone who is new or visiting Fresno, or has been here for a while I would recommend it as a place to visit. The environment was very nice with calm lighting and the waiters were nice and interactive. The wait was a bit long but the food was amazing. I got the Filet Mignon and it was well worth the wait. It was seared just how I asked, with just the right amount of butter and salt and was extremely tender. By far one of the best steaks I have ever had, period. I also got the macaroni and cheese which was a cheddar type blend, I would have preferred white cheddar but that was just me. Also the broccoli they have was just as good, it was steamed but not into a mush, and topped with cheese, it was over all a very good experience and I highly recommend it!
Went for my first time with no clue as to what it might be. Flat out amazed! The flavors roll into each other flawlessly and the cocktails pair so nice from dish to dish. Price is high but I would be so willing to pay again and again for that level of food.
