(June 20, 2019, 10:35 am)Don't be afraid to micromanage your order. Don't let them throw your food together like a tossed salad. Instruct them how much portion you want (too much rice, more avocado, etc...) and systematically have them build your food in the order of toppings you want. It really changed the taste profile. When you do that, it's amazing. If you don't, your burrito looks like a tossed salad and usually falls apart.

(April 24, 2019, 11:23 pm)Friendliest place on the planet! Always willing to make sure you are happy with what you've ordered but also with the overall experience .. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store on my app, and I walked thru the door only to find what had happened.. they told me not to worry, they would call the other store and cancel my order and make it fresh right there... seriously a cool thing and they saved me a drive..I can't not say enough nice things about the Chipotle at Sierra Vista mall and the one on Herndon & Fowler.. thank you guys!! ????????❤️

(February 26, 2019, 5:50 pm)When I walked in the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The process of picking out what you would like in a cafeteria style fashion is fast and easy. And if you eat there you can take advantage of there alcohol selection if your over 21.
