One of my favorote pizza places, with great alternative crusts like cauliflower and zuchini crust. Awesome staff there. Always nice and friendly.
I love to eat at the Pieology near Fresno State's Savemart Center. It's one of my favorite places to go for lunch with my mom just before (or after) going to a movie. So we were both excited when one opened closer to her home in Clovis. We've eaten here several times and unfortunately it has been a hit or miss at this location. Most recently I had a side salad where the lettuce was not just wilted but slimy. The salad wasn't even chilled. They agreed, apologized and made me a fresh one to replace it. It was better but still not very fresh. Another time they gave my mom her pizza without cutting the slices. Luckily we were eating in and so she had them cut it. Lastly...make sure to pay attention while they put on the toppings. They tend to be lopsided. I was so busy chatting with Mom and catching up that I didn't notice I had chicken just on half of the slices and not the whole pizza. Anytime we had an issue they were always great about trying to make it right. So, I'll still go back...just need to make sure to order a fresh prepared side salad and not one already made, keep an eye on them as the top the dough and check the box before I leave to make sure the pizza is cut into slices. ????????
A fav spot for delicious pizza. The service was helpful and kind. It has a cool feel to it.
The choices of topping was nice and the place itself was very clean and well taken care of. My pizza came out nice and tasty. Not too greasy or bready. Not a lot of things are right out in the open though and with lots of people there the line can grind down to a halt and it gets hard to hear the people preparing your pie. Overall, I'd go there again to try other combinations.
Love the artisan thin crust.... I almost finished a whole one with garlic oil, asiago cheesy sauce and my own choice of toppings. Absolutely on point!
