Got the tavern whiskey burger, bottomless fries, bone-in wings.. it was good and hit the spot.. kids got various meals from the coloring page/menu.. service was good.. no complaints.. Just what I expected from a red Robin chain restaurant..
I really love red robins. The food is great and our server was friendly. Our food was delicious and drinks were great as well. The refills were available for our drinks.
Go to this location a lot, never have any problems and the food is always good. Servers are always very careful without food as myself and own other in my group has food allergies. Out of all the years I have gone here I’ve only had one issue and it was resolved and nothing to major.
For those who want to know the small issue. We have a server (very busy) who lost our card at another table (one table away from us) and we told her we didn’t get our card (rewards card, luckily not a credit/debit card) back but she insisted she gave it back. The card was shipped to be in the black pamphlet or whatever you want to call it and slipped out, simple mistake but the way she said told us that she gave it back and we were all 100% confident she didn’t it just seemed ridiculous that she would insist she gave it back when 5 people noticed and told her she didn’t. Regardless the table next to us found the card and gave it to the waitress who then gave it to us and apologized. It was really busy so we understood the mistake but luckily it wasn’t a mistake with our food due to allergies at the table.
