Blast & Brew

Two visits in the books and both were a great experience. The food and service at this location exceeds other blast and brews I've been to.

Food was OUTSTANDING, and the beer selection was awesome. Also, the customer service was very good. They definitely gave an awesome dining experience. Not sure if the AC was out the evening we went, as it was very warm in the restaurant. Even the team members were struggling with it. Easy fix in my opinion, and doesn't take away from the awesome food, drinks, and customer service we received.

Server took 30 mins to take our order, couldn't find where they kept the beer cards, the beer card only let me have 1 beer before shutting off, the server never cane back to let us pay so I had to pay in the front.

It wasn't even busy.

Nice selection of self serve tap beers (Needs more IPA's and a Porter). Typical pub grub featured on menu that was tasty. The pesto chicken was quite good! Service was very good.

Place looks very clean and open. Place do not look too busy around 11: 45 AM however it took forever to get our order. Once we received our order it was beyond greasy or old oil.
I continue to observe the staff oh, I noticed the cooks were cooking away while the waitresses and management were playing around and standing all in a bunch joking around.
We waited to get our check I had to call 2 people to get our check. After 5 minutes they bring our check and another 10 minutes for somebody pick it up after I flag somebody down and then another 10 minutes waiting for the girl to caches out.
I'm very aware of restaurants being short-staffed and being overwhelmed with serving customers. This was not the situation. Once I get my receipt they charged me twice. Overall I think the staff needs to be trained just a little bit more. And the chef or line Cooks need to back off on all the oil
Will I be back maybe after 5 months to see if the staff is up and running 2 speed
I would like to add that the water was actually the best thing that I had during my lunch time
