I was in the area and decided to try this restaurant based on numerous recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience; I only wish I had asked for the dosas to be "Indian spicy!"
Wasn't overly impressed with this place. There are definitely better Indian food places in town. Glad I tried it, but probably not going to be rushing to go back.
I had their lunch buffet and it was really good. The food seemed very fresh and the naan was amazing. The staff is very nice but a little slow. And refilling water and checking on you. But for the price you cannot beat a quick lunch buffet. All you can eat for around 10 dollars.b
If I was going just off of taste, I’d rate them a 5. My family of 7 loves the food and we have been regulars for a few years. Unfortunately the service is going down hill. They seem understaffed and overwhelmed. Tables that sat down after us were getting served before us. We asked, at least, 3 times for a refill on water and that never happened. I had to stand right where they walk out to finally get boxes to go. I hope the owners read this rating and rectify the issues. We will definitely go back and hope for the best because the food is delicious.
Best Indian restaurant in Fresno and arguably in whole Central Valley. The servers are polite, the chefs are well learned and know what they are doing. The food is extremely delicious. While eating food, an old lady(maybe owner) came to us and asked how we like the food. That personal touch along with other beautiful gesture add to the delicacy of the food they serve. It's a must visit for anyone who wants to enjoy Indian food (which is more than just butter chicken)
