The sandwiches were very good, and the mac and cheese was great. The service was a little slow, but it may have just been an afternoon rush catching up with them.

I think the soda machine may not have been a calibrated correctly. Two of our drinks came with vanilla flavoring, and both of them were way, way too sweet. The other drinks were fine, and the sodas without vanilla flavoring tasted right.

A likely repeat the next time we're in Northeast Fresno.

Hook and ladder is one of my faves and is a tasty warm sandwich! My son loves their brisket sandwiches because he usually doesn't like lettuce, tomatoes or onions and this one sandwich doesn't have them so he orders it as is! We come from Merced for appts and stop here on our way out!

I’ve been coming here for years but I’ve never gotten a small size till today. I didn’t realize it’s about two bites. I was really disappointed! The chocolate chip cookie was hard and stale as well. The staff were friendly and nice though. They asked how everything was and did what they could to make sure I had a good experience.

Me and my husband always have a great experience when we go here and would never stop going.Always clean and great customer service .The food will always be good no matter the location. Me and my husband went in this evening for dinner And order our usual Beef & cheddar brisket and The Steak & Cheese Which was yummy.Even though the Staff was busy cleaning they still managed to Stop & Make sure we were taling cared of. which always makes our meal that much better . Love it Thank you

I went in tonight to get my free birthday sub and I had the best experience! Chris and Damian made me feel so special! They we’re so friendly and even offered me a water cup while I waited for my sandwich. I honestly was going in to get my free sandwich and even though I wasn’t buying anything they were amazing! I will be going back more frequently for sure because the customer service is that good! Thanks guys, something as simple as a water cup, a free sub and friendly faces have totally made my day!
