Staff at this location is always super friendly. I like that they work as a team and not just worried about individual sections. Food is always delicious and portions are great. I am a regular.
It was very busy on a Monday morning. We were surprised and already hangry. We were seated in ten minutes and ordered right away as we looked up the menu online while we waited. Our server was great, the food came quicker than expected and it was great. My wife had the classic eggs Benedict and I the country fried steak. Bother meals were great. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, freeway access.
Food was good . Came walking pushing my mom in a wheelchair. No one looked at us then when they did, not one out of the 3 that was standing smiled. The only one that smiled was our server. I like to go places where people are happy. There enough sadness in the world.
Love Southern food because I am from the south. My only complaint is they are not open for dinner too! I loved catfish growing up but never seem to be able to cook it myself. Huckleberry's cooks it great. I dip in ketchup usually but it's great in tartar sauce too. Gotta have the huckleberry dessert. Yum!
Food was A M A Z I N G as always. Service was fast. Drinks refilled promptly. Checked several times to be sure everything was okay and all needs met. Price affordable and enough leftovers to make a second meal at home. Always enjoy the trip back in time (milk 10 cents ☺) and a visit to the bayou!
