Hummus Republic

Arrived here on 09/24 between 1 and 1:15 pm. The crew that was working at that time was super helpful. We were mistaken when it came to an offer that we had heard about on the radio. The crew took the time to explain it to us and let us know how the offer actually worked. That was super appreciated.
Not only was the team friendly and beyond helpful, but the food was great. Everything that I ordered in my bowl was super flavorful. I had falafel and vegan steak as my protein and both were fantastic. I hadn't had falafel since I first tried it a couple years ago. When I first had falafel, it was hard and dry and turned me off from trying it again until today. HR's falafel was tender and moist and it made me realize I've prolly been missing out since I haven't tried it since when I first ate it. OH! And having drinks other than the standard Pepsi/Coke products was awesome!
Definitely not the last time my family will be visiting this joint.

For vegan and vegetarian its gift love it i try downtown area happy to see open near by Herndon area

So excited to have Hummus Republic open much closer to me. The food is delicious and you get so much for the price. Great taste and great value.

Recommend from their neighbors glad went by! Fresh tasty food and really enjoyed the clean set up. Highly recommend the pita chips or the bowls as well. Friendly staff.
